European Union countries: 14 days to return unused items, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
United Kingdom / United States / Canada: Refund requests accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Other countries: Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the item.
Important Notes
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel does not arrive within 30 business days, please reach out to us. We will assist with tracking, and if confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement.
